This role maintains, manages, tracks, and leads the processes required to provide a great employee growth experience from the moment a candidate applies to a position, through onboarding onto their training & development over the years. As a key member of the human resources team, this role helps to identify and retain employees with a keen focus on brand and culture. This role will specialize in the employee experience by playing a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and positive environment for our employees while driving continuous education initiatives. This highly visible position will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive training & development programs.
