Join a team that has received numerous awards for being a top place to work: TruStage awards and recognition Job Purpose: Reporting to the Vice President, Diversity and Talent, the Sr Manager Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and driving talent acquisition strategies, supporting process excellence, prioritizing team resources, and the management and success of key Talent Acquisition programs and practices. The Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition will be a trasnformational leader, coach, and team builder, and will lead and enhance recruitment and selection processes, while meeting customer-focused criteria and metrics. The Sr Manager Talent Acquisition will oversee the financial budget and is responsible for managing the talent acquisition staff, including hiring, coaching, development and performance management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting/sourcing
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting emerging technologies, including AI
  • Proven leadership in talent acquisition, managing a recruiting team and strategic planning and execution
  • Strong business acumen and ability to consult and influence senior leaders
  • Collaborates with colleagues across the employee experience to improve processes to address business challenges.
  • Demonstrated strength in communication, project management, customer service orientation, motivational and influencing, strategic focus, sound judgment, excellent consultation and negotiation, and the ability to execute strategy and tactics.
  • Proficient with behavioral interviewing techniques, talent assessment tools, policies/procedures, and federal/state laws regarding employment, recruitment program management.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and supporting change initiatives, including the adoption of process or organizational changes.
  • Proven ability to develop and mentor employees and maximize team performance while maintaining a fun working environment.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning Develop and implement long-term talent acquisition strategies, align with business goals, forecast future staffing needs, and support workforce planning. Incorporate the employee value proposition attributes into talent acquisition processes to ensure talent acquisition processes enable a good candidate and manager experience. Benchmark and explore digital capabilities, tools and resources to improve the candidate experience Research and keep abreast of latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Leadership: Lead, direct, and facilitate complex team, departmental and corporate projects from initiation through implementation and stabilization. Manage and mentor team of Talent Acquisition professionals, providing day-to-day leadership, coaching and guidance. Prioritize team resources and manage performance metrics to achieve hiring targets and optimize hiring manager and candidate experience. Manage talent acquisition financial budget.
  • Process and Technology Design, develop, implement and evaluate effective strategies and high quality processes to develop, attract and retain qualified candidates. Explore and incorporate AI and emerging technologies to enhance talent acquisition processes and improve candidate and hiring manager experiences. Manage Appllicant Tracking Systems (ATS) leverage recruitement technologies and ensure data integrity Develop talent acquisition capabilities across all internal customer segments. Manage vendor relationships and contracts within the Talent Acquisition processes. Leverage external practices metrics that are relative to our business and population size. Supports the implementation and adoption of process and organizational changes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong partnerships with business executives, senior leaders, hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand business needs and provide strategic talent acquisition counsel and advice. Partner with the Human Resources colleagues and Business Leaders to drive valued, effective and cost efficient, talent acquisition processes that are applied consistently across the enterprise.
  • Sourcing & Branding Create effective sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and manage external vendors. Enhance employer brand through marketing and social media. Implement initiatives to improve the company’s reputation in the job market and attract potential candidates.
  • Data & Metrics: Use Data analysis to track KPIs, report on recruitment performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
