Position Summary Halvik is seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to help build, scale, and lead the talent acquisition function supporting federal civilian and defense programs. This role will report to the VP of Talent and partner closely with business, program, and growth leaders to deliver high-quality cleared and non-cleared talent in a fast-scaling government contracting environment. The ideal candidate has deep experience in federal recruiting, strong people leadership skills, and a proven ability to design and execute scalable hiring strategies.
