About The Position

Hydrafacial is hiring a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition who will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent. This is a true player/coach role – the successful candidate will personally carry a requisition load while simultaneously leading and developing the recruiting team. The idea candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, direct people management experience, RPO oversight capability, and a data-driven approach that never goas away with seniority.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting; including a minimum of 3 years of direct people management experience (hiring, coaching, and developing recruiting professions).
  • Candidates without direct team leadership experience will not be considered.
  • 2+ years of direct RPO or staffing vendor management experience, including SLA oversight, performance management, and vendor accountability.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various levels and functions.
  • Strong command of recruiting data and analytics, including building and maintaining dashboards and reporting on KPIs such as time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, cost-per-hire, and pipeline conversion; ability to translate data into actionable insights and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), specifically Workday, and other recruiting tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing requirements and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for key positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Utilize a variety of recruiting techniques and tools to attract top-tier candidates, including social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including RPOs and other recruiting agencies, to ensure alignment with company goals and standards.
  • Oversee vendor performance, including metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and cost per hire.
  • Collaborate with vendors to develop innovative recruitment strategies and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  • Hands-On Recruiting: Actively engage in recruiting activities, particularly for critical roles or hard-to-fill positions.
  • Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing to identify top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Hydrafacial, promoting our culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and technology adoption to streamline recruiting workflows and improve outcomes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster their growth and development.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the talent acquisition team.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
