About The Position

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to support Nextpower’s recruiting function. The ideal candidate combines expert talent acquisition knowledge with strong leadership, program management, and data-driven decision making. Location Nashville, TN (Hybrid, 4 days in office) Reporting To Head of Talent Acquisition

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 8–12 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership/people-management role.
  • Proven track record of scaling recruiting in high-growth environments, ideally across multiple regions or globally.
  • Deep experience with end-to-end recruitment processes, including tech/engineering, sales, marketing, product, and operations roles.
  • Strong leadership and team-development skills; ability to coach, influence, and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in TA analytics, dashboards, and ATS/CRM tools.
  • Experience with employer branding, campus recruitment, and diversity recruiting initiatives.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, compensation practices, and onboarding processes.
  • Knowledge of applicable labor laws and compliance in relevant regions.
  • Ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and vendor performance metrics.
  • Hands-on, results-oriented, and capable of balancing strategic and operational tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Workday Global mobility and international recruitment experience.
  • Certification in HR, Talent Acquisition, or related fields (e.g., SHRM-SCP, AIRS)

Responsibilities

  • Drive full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and regions, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Build robust talent pipelines for critical roles through proactive headhunting, university relationships, and industry networks.
  • Optimize time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics; achieve SLAs and service levels for internal clients.
  • Develop and maintain diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies within recruiting to improve representation.
  • Standardize and leverage TA technology (ATS, CRM, assessment tools, analytics) to improve efficiency and reporting.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights and regular reporting to senior leadership on TA metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, source of hire, attrition, pipeline health).
  • Manage vendor relationships (recruitment process outsourcing, job boards) and negotiate contracts as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies across all recruiting activities.
