About The Position

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain leads supply chain operations supporting a fast-paced medical device R&D and low-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supplier management, procurement, inventory control, production planning, warehouse operations, and material readiness for engineering builds, clinical studies, pilot manufacturing, and technology transfers to contract manufacturers and strategic partners. This role is ideal for a hands-on, operationally focused leader who thrives in dynamic environments requiring structure, transformation, and continuous improvement — not someone seeking a highly mature organization currently operating on autopilot. The successful candidate will serve as a key change-agent helping modernize and scale the company’s Supply Chain organization, ERP and related systems, processes, planning capabilities, and cross-functional integration. This position will play a major leadership role in the company’s ERP transformation initiative, helping implement and operationalize a new enterprise system while simultaneously sustaining day-to-day operations in a rapidly evolving business environment. Successful candidates are comfortable building structure within evolving environments, balancing strategic improvements with hands-on operational execution, and leading through ambiguity and change.
