About The Position

Advisor Services (AS) is the industry leader in providing custody, trading, technology, and practice management services to independent advisory firms. We provide access to sophisticated wealth-management services that help advisors attract and retain affluent clients, as well as profitably grow, compete, and succeed in their business efforts. As a Senior Manager of the Advisor Services Offer Development team, you will lead projects focused on driving the strategic design and execution of new initiatives for the business. This individual contributor role will partner with functional leaders across AS and Schwab to assess strategic opportunities and investments, scope and model potential client and business outcomes, bring new offers to market, and incubate new programs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
10+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, offer management, program management, project management, and/or strategic execution roles.
2+ years of experience within the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and/or Wealth Management industry.
Demonstrated success in developing strategic points of view (POVs), building compelling business cases, and leading large-scale, complex go-to-market initiatives from strategy through execution.
Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver strategic initiatives that achieve measurable business outcomes.
Leadership experience
Experience leading cross-functional teams and partners without direct authority on projects across the organization
Thrives on initiating, building, and cultivating strong authentic relationships inside and outside the group; highly collaborative, navigates and activates alignment across organizational silos
Results-oriented leader who takes the initiative and effectively distills strategy, analytics, and varied sets of input to drive to decisions and follow through to execution
Balances structure, organization, and governance with client-experience driven creativity and innovation
Effective synthesis of strategic, senior leadership, field, and competitive inputs and a self-driven point of view on highest priority opportunities
Quantitative skills for modeling and analysis – ability to draw conclusions, identify risks, make recommendations, and create plans to execute
