About The Position

Coty is seeking smart, fast, and passionate leaders for the role of Senior Manager, Strategic Revenue Management (SRM). This critical function aims to unlock and redeploy trapped value across five key levers: Pricing, Promotion, Mix, Terms, and PPA, with the goal of fueling Net Revenue and Margin improvement. The SRM Sr Manager will leverage data, analytics, and digital capabilities to create actionable tools, capabilities, and execution plans that increase demand and inform decisions on pricing, distribution, and inventory management to maximize revenue and profitability. A key responsibility includes identifying internal waste and inefficiencies to improve ROI. This role will augment core revenue growth management with next-generation capabilities through sophisticated data and analytics, developing decision support tools to address inefficiency challenges. As AI and machine autonomy advance, the need for manual intervention will decrease, boosting efficiency and effectiveness. The SRM Sr Manager is vital in providing tangible enablers and supporting processes to achieve Coty US's long-term profitable growth agenda, balancing price and mix growth above industry standards. This role will act as a liaison between Global and local initiatives, facilitating key objectives through in-depth research and clear recommendations. Specifically, this role will lead multiple centralized business analytical capabilities to build an integrated growth model, driving business objectives by identifying priorities and a glide path with strong business acumen for strategic plan financial viability. The ideal candidate is an independent, resourceful, and thought-provoking individual who will lead Coty's revenue growth management agenda, requiring robust analytical, project management, and end-to-end thinking skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years CPG experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Business experience (RGM, Planning, Sales, Finance).
  • Strong expertise in P&L and Revenue Growth Management levers, management, and impact on the value chain.
  • Advanced Analytics personal or team leadership experience.
  • Strong commercial experience and financial acumen, with expertise in one or more of: pricing / promo analytics, tool development, syndicated data, trade terms, promotional effectiveness.
  • Strong leader and coach with direct team management experience and proven succession results.
  • Project Management experience across highly complex initiatives involving multiple functions and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously.
  • Growth mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Highly agile at influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and driving discipline around SRM, commercial planning, customer planning, and performance management.
  • Championing the SRM transformation in the US, embedding the strategic growth framework across all categories, and working closely with the US Leadership Team.
  • Driving internal and external relationship-building capabilities, processes, and tools in the SRM space to accelerate data insights into commercial action.
  • Building long-term robust strategies rooted in facts and data, potentially contradicting existing thinking, requiring visionary thinking and strong assertiveness skills.
  • Influencing the long-term direction for the business and market share growth by balancing priorities and financial commitments.
  • Providing input on category and brand portfolio strategy based on key bets.
  • Partnering with Global Brand Leads to drive brand strategies and with Finance on P&L targets.
  • Working closely with and establishing strong working relationships with the Local and Global Leadership Team, driving accountability to implement the SRM agenda.
  • Supporting end-to-end internal process improvement opportunities to remove inefficiency.
  • Coordinating with the Data Analytics team for tactical elements, including tools, reporting, reconciliation, and analytical support.
  • Defining, testing, and proving how advanced data collection and analysis, AI, digital supply chain, and other enhancements create value before expanding or embedding these capabilities.
  • Executing against the strategic and annual financial planning commitments for Strategic Revenue Management.
  • Delivering SRM value (price/mix/margin) ahead of AOP targets, driven by industry-leading capabilities.
  • Piloting and launching new TPO / TPM capabilities.
  • Building Mix Management capabilities to maximize brand or customer accretive rate delivery.
  • Standardizing pricing models while building dynamic scenario-building capabilities.
  • Working closely with Finance, Trade Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Sales to develop, deliver, and complete the plan, including contingencies and gap closure.
  • Developing strong partnerships with local/global IT, Digital, and Analytics teams to translate data into actionable commercial enablers with direct impact on P&L and efficiency goals.
  • Creating lasting partnerships with Supply Chain, Sales, and Trade Marketing teams to understand root cause issues and develop creative solutions.
