About The Position

As a key member of the Strategic Projects team within the Human Resources organization, the Sr Manager, Strategic Projects plays a critical role in identifying opportunities and challenges within Lennar and executing high-impact HR-related initiatives. This role is responsible for the strategy, implementation, and execution of key people-related projects that drive operational efficiency, enhance the associate experience, and support the company’s business objectives. The Sr. Manager will work closely with leadership, cross-functional teams, and business operators to develop and lead strategic initiatives that align with Lennar’s long-term vision. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering or related.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proven experience in project management or consulting (5+ years preferred), with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and execute operationally.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact successfully at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in agile, fast-moving environments, adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with HR technology solutions.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and implement strategic initiatives that enhance associate engagement, operational effectiveness, and workforce solutions.
  • Lead and execute process improvements across functions to optimize business outcomes.
  • Oversee project execution from start to finish, including scoping, planning, implementation, and performance measurement.
  • Partner with HR leadership, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business operators, providing insights and recommendations for HR-related challenges.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure seamless adoption of new initiatives.
  • Ensure all HR-related projects comply with Lennar policies, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Analyze potential HR implications, organizational changes, and process efficiencies as they relate to new initiatives.
