We are looking for a strategic, creative, and relationship-driven leader to lead strategic initiatives that elevate talent, culture, leadership experience, and organizational effectiveness across BHC. This role will focus on building a more intentional and elevated candidate journey while helping define what great talent looks like for our organization beyond technical skill alone. The ideal candidate will help us better identify individuals who align with our culture, commitment to service excellence, leadership expectations, wellness philosophy, and overall colleague experience. This is not a traditional recruiting role. We are looking for someone who can think differently about talent, challenge conventional approaches, and help shape a long-term strategy around building teams that reflect both who we are and where we are going. This individual will partner closely with operational leaders, People & Culture, brand, and executive leadership to help define the future of recruitment and talent experience across the organization.
