The role is accountable for the strategic direction, operational performance, and continuous improvement of Workplace Services, establishing operational objectives, service standards, and workforce strategies to enhance employee experience, support business continuity, and ensure operational readiness. This includes leading the development and execution of workplace programs, policies, and service models that may have organization-wide impact while balancing service excellence, scalability, and fiscal responsibility. The role builds strategic working relationships across the organization with senior management, operations, finance, HR, legal, and outside vendors.
