  • Build reusable platform assets (shared components, common objects/patterns, integration utilities, and reference implementations) that accelerate delivery across future CRM domains.
  • Contribute to Salesforce platform strategy decisions (environment strategy, packaging/release practices, performance patterns, and guardrails) that support scale and long-term operability.
  • Mentor and upskill other developers and admin/config resources by promoting strong engineering practices and pragmatic platform design.
  • Build and support integrations between Salesforce to other Salesforce instances and enterprise/third-party systems, ensuring appropriate error handling, monitoring/observability, and operational resilience.
  • Contribute to data architecture and quality patterns for Patient Services and future domains, including validation strategies, consistent data capture, and reporting enablement.
  • Partner with security, privacy, compliance, and validation stakeholders to ensure solutions meet internal standards and regulated expectations.
  • Support ongoing operations: monitoring, incident response, defect remediation, root cause analysis, performance tuning, and continuous improvement.
  • Support technical planning for future Salesforce expansion beyond Patient Services, including assessment of data model fit, integration impacts, migration considerations, and platform scalability.
  • Contribute to evaluation of lifecycle CRM strategy options and technical implications, ensuring decisions are informed by platform realities and delivery/operational constraints.
