About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Salesforce CRM, including Sales, Service, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. The role involves implementing solutions using declarative programming and Apex, developing Lightning Web Components (LWC), and working with various Salesforce modules. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to define and implement Salesforce strategies, develop reusable applications, and provide technical guidance. This is a full-time position based in Dallas, TX.

Requirements

Strong experience with Salesforce CRM including Sales, Service, Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Strong Implementation skills using declarative programming.
Strong CDP / Data Cloud implementation experience. Expertise in segmentation activation, RFM analysis, and CLV. Experience with zero-copy or zero-ETL architecture for Data Cloud.
Strong skills on Apex programming, Triggers, writing Test Classes, Batch Processes and building LWC components, Apex Code for integration including using Platform Events, Flows, User Security etc.
Strong experience in Sales Cloud with Opportunity, Products, Service Contracts.
Significant technical and/or business process consulting experience.
Extremely strong written and oral communication and presentation skills are required.
7+ years of Salesforce CRM industry experience.
5+ years of Salesforce declarative, custom apex development, LWC and SOQL experience.
Proven experience delivering at least 1-2 end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.
Expertise providing solution architecture on Sales, Service Cloud.
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems.
Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, OR equivalent education/experience.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Experience cloud is preferred.
Familiarity with Revenue Cloud is good add-on.

Responsibilities

Implement solutions using declarative programming.
Utilize strong CDP / Data Cloud implementation experience, including segmentation activation, RFM analysis, and CLV.

Develop using Apex programming, Triggers, Test Classes, Batch Processes, and LWC components.
Build Apex Code for integration, including Platform Events, Flows, and User Security.
Work with Sales Cloud, including Opportunity, Products, and Service Contracts.
Collaborate with Clients Technology Solution Architect, Salesforce Data Developer, and 3rd party implementation providers in an Agile sprint-based fashion.
Provide support, training, and coaching on dev processes, methodology, and Salesforce architecture.
Assist in defining, developing, and implementing the Client's Salesforce strategy.
Develop re-usable Apex applications for internal and customer use.
Collaborate closely with offshore teams to manage dependencies and maintain alignment.
