Sr. Manager, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

Hadrian Automation•Torrance, CA
•$80,000 - $175,000

About The Position

Hadrian is hiring its first Manager of Sales & Operations Planning to establish the S&OP function and build the team behind it. The role will design and lead a data-driven planning framework that aligns customer demand, supply capability, financial objectives, and operational execution. A key responsibility is determining which Hadrian site should manufacture each part to balance capacity, capability, cost, and delivery requirements. The position works across executive leadership and with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Quality, Engineering, and Program Management to improve forecast accuracy, reduce volatility, and strengthen execution. It has direct reports and accountability for creating S&OP standard work, governance, analytics, and performance management. In the first year, the successful candidate will define the process, select and implement tooling, and hire the team needed to operate it at scale. The role also owns network planning and site allocation, capacity and constraint management, and the development of planning talent. Hadrian describes the position as a combination of building the function and operating it, providing decision-makers with a credible assessment of whether work can be committed to and what it will cost.
