The AWS North America Sales Strategy and Operations (S&O) team is hiring a Business Operations leader to define, refine, and scale operations for a multi-billion dollar business. The S&O team supports the rapidly growing North America Sales business, from Sales Leaders to Solutions Architects and everything in between. We are obsessed with delivering results for customers and supporting sales organizations to shape the direction of the business. We are a diverse, innovative team that loves translating data, insights, and anecdotes into action. The AWS North American Business Operations team within S&O leads execution & planning for the North America Sales organization. We seek a talented Business Operations Leader to manage the rhythm of the business, including Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other cadenced reporting and metrics. The candidate must have a strategic mindset and the ability to balance short and long-term growth goals. This position requires a self-starter who has extensive cross-functional collaboration skills, superb verbal and written communication abilities and the willingness to be hands-on.
