About The Position

The Sr. Manager - Revenue Strategy & Planning will be a strategic leader responsible for supporting the growth and success of commercial departments by developing and implementing effective business strategies and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a combination of deep business acumen, operational expertise, and experience leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully driving business growth through strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and leading organizational change.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Experience leading organizational change and managing through complex challenges.
  • Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and profitability.
  • Own the overall operations of the department, including the development of operational plans and processes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and data to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align operations with company vision and goals.
  • Identify and manage key performance indicators to measure the success of operations, strategies and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of our commercial team.
  • Drive the opportunity & pipeline management standards, processes and reporting for the company.
  • Manage productivity, quality, and customer-service standards and KPIs for our commercial teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure data hygiene and own quarterly account transfers.
