Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or related fields, or equivalent education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Management or related field
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Proven track record of driving business performance.
- Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis to determine the optimal mix of business across MGM Resorts.
- Recommend cross-property revenue strategies to senior leadership for enterprise alignment.
- Support development of high-level strategic plans to achieve profit and REVPAR targets.
- Gather and analyze customer and competitive intelligence, including pricing and brand value benchmarking.
- Implement best practices to improve efficiency within the Revenue Management Strategy department.
- Communicate performance insights to corporate stakeholders.
- Drive execution of profit improvement initiatives and seek innovation through external networking.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a high-performance culture and succession planning.
- Champion a work environment that promotes client service, collaboration, and professional growth.
