About The Position

Meet the Team The Sales Strategic Initiatives team is responsible for driving a number of priority initiatives to accelerate and optimize the go-to-market (GTM) strategies of Cisco's sales teams. Current priorities include building: A unified customer definition for enhanced engagement across all Cisco functions and lines of business An evolved segmentation model to enable more efficient alignment of resources to our highest growth opportunities Evolved sales policies to drive ownership and accountability across a matrixed sales organization Your Impact As a Strategy & Planning Manager for Sales Strategic Initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Cisco's sales strategies. You will lead efforts to drive standardization, streamline processes, and drive growth through innovative solutions. This role offers the excitement of working at the intersection of strategy and execution, providing opportunities to make a significant impact on Cisco's market presence.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in business operations or sales strategy roles at a large global company.
  • Experience in project management and process optimization.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
