About The Position

The Sr. Manager, Reports/Analysis/Prod plays a critical leadership role within the Invoice to Cash (I2C) organization, driving data‑driven decision‑making through advanced reporting, analytics, and production insights. This role partners closely with global and regional stakeholders to deliver accurate , timely , and actionable intelligence that supports operational excellence, financial performance, and continuous improvement. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise‑level outcomes, lead high‑impact analytical initiatives, and shape reporting strategy during a pivotal period of transformation for DePuy Synthes. Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business , Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Typically 8 -10 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, finance operations, or related functions, with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
  • Strong experience developing and managing complex reports, dashboards, and analytical models.
  • Experience leading teams and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong understanding of operational and financial processes, preferably within I2C or order‑to‑cash environments.
  • Advanced proficiency with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., BI platforms, Excel, enterprise systems).
  • English language proficiency.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience in a global, highly regulated, or medical device/pharmaceutical environment.
  • Exposure to data governance, automation, and advanced analytics initiatives.
  • Change management or transformation experience supporting large‑scale process or system improvements.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise data architectures.
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights for senior leaders.
  • Additional languages a plus.
  • Analytics, finance, or project management certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, governance, and delivery of standardized and ad‑hoc reporting and analytics supporting I2C and related operational processes.
  • Translate complex operational and financial data into clear insights and executive‑ready dashboards to support strategic and tactical decision‑making.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, IT) to ensure alignment of data definitions, metrics, and reporting standards.
  • Oversee production reporting processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across systems and geographies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities within I2C performance metrics.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of analysts and reporting professionals, fostering a high‑performance and inclusive culture.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Support system enhancements, automation, and analytics transformation initiatives in partnership with digital and technology teams.
