Directs the day-to-day quality deliverables & initiatives, examples include C of C review, shipment data packages, root cause & investigation, tooling inspection, non-conformance control & documentation. Manages the supplier quality function including performance metrics, quality deliverables and effective supplier RCCA’s. Manages the calibration system supporting the procurement and service of all inspection equipment and calibrated instruments/tooling. Supports the development, implementation and continuous improvement of inspection procedures and technologies. Implements and helps maintain the site Quality Management System in accordance with current quality standards in an AS9100 environment.
