About The Position

McKesson’s Provider Solutions business is seeking a Senior Manager, Provider Innovation Studio to accelerate the impact and outcomes of the businesses we support through strategy, growth, and transformation. The Provider Innovation Studio is an internal business function within McKesson’s Provider Solutions business that partners with functional and go-to-market leadership to pull through our strategic imperatives of growth, optimization, and innovation across business-unit and practice-specific programs. You will formulate data-driven recommendations, build the business cases to fund them, secure buy-in from business stakeholders and executive sponsors, and lead implementation to operationalize strategies and deliver measurable value for both McKesson and our customers. The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, and confident, with a passion for transformation and the relationship-building, leadership, and communication skills to match. The role blends strategic thinking with a relentless focus on delivering tangible value for the business.
