Requirements
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), integrations (APIs, Azure, Logic Apps), and Leapwork testing tool.
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, PMP certification preferred.
- Skilled in tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and MS Project.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities—critical for client-facing onshore roles.
- 14+ years’ experience as an Onshore Project Manager.
- 8+ years managing D365F&O Projects.
- Prior experience handling onshore client interactions and leading ERP (D365F&O projects) implementations.
- Bachelors - Commerce, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance, Masters - Business Administration, Masters - Business Analytics
- English (Required) Language Proficiency - Upper Intermediate - B2

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end D365 F&O implementation and upgrade projects, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables while tracking risks, dependencies, and progress.
- Work directly with client stakeholders (business and IT), gather and refine requirements, and lead workshops, meetings, and status updates to ensure alignment.
- Collaborate with offshore development and functional teams, ensuring business needs are translated into effective technical solutions. Manage escalations and remove blockers.
- Develop project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and resource plans. Ensure adherence to Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
- Oversee deliverables, testing phases (UAT, SIT, Pre-Prod), and ensure solutions meet business requirements. Drive timely go-live and post-go-live support.
