Responsibilities
- Overseeing all manufacturing, engineering, and production processes within a plant for efficiency and productivity.
- Managing the Manufacturing Engineering team to optimize production processes and implement innovative techniques.
- Supervising Manufacturing Production Operations for timely and cost-effective production of pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
- Coordinating Manufacturing Repair & Maintenance Operations to maintain equipment functionality and minimize downtime.
- Ensuring Quality by implementing rigorous control measures and adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Prioritizing Environmental and Employee Health & Safety by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
