About The Position

In this role, working closely with Logitech G product managers, design, marketing, and engineering leads, you will lead our effort to define our technical leadership position, help find the best ways to showcase our experiences, and help define messaging and outbound communications. The role should be passionate about shaping the future of gaming, have a strong background in technology, PC and console gaming hardware and software, and understand the needs of this modern and fast-moving industry. Logitech is proud to support a hybrid work culture. This full-time role is focused on identifying hybrid candidates based near Irvine, CA, San Jose CA, Dallas, TX This is a hybrid role requiring at least 2- 3 days in office each week.

Requirements

  • Lives and breathes gaming & technology - knows about all the latest game trends and consumer tech trends.
  • 8+ years of proven experience as a Marketing or Product lead or similar role in a fast-paced, technology-driven organization, with a background in gaming-related hardware & software.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral, written, and presentation), with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of self-motivation who's able to navigate ambiguity and provide pragmatic solutions to problems.
  • Ability to work and lead cross-functional projects with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience driving product strategy, making hard prioritizations, and bringing innovative products to market.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and market insights.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage many projects and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Friendly and open-minded work style. Must be able to connect multiple cultures and teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferable skills include gaming industry or related experience, experience in product marketing or PR, and on-camera and presentation skills.

  • Showcasing: Find ways to demo, explain, and display technical leadership and hero use cases in PR, marketing, social, and sales venues.
  • Prioritize: Help product and marketing teams find salient outcomes for our target user groups from a wide variety of possibilities. “Is this thing cool? Why not? How can we make it awesome? What can we remove to streamline the experience?”
  • Systematize: Develop and expand on systems designed to organize and deliver materials in a fast-moving and vast swath of technology, products, code names, and regionally disparate teams.
  • Writing: Master of pen. Take the above and communicate first internally and then externally with passion, clarity, and sometimes some whimsy.
  • Support: You will be asked for random stuff. This is the job. You know everything.
