About The Position

As a Sr. Product Manager leader on the Cards & Users team within BC&P, this leader will drive the end-to-end employee card spending journey—from seamless account onboarding to hyper-scaled transaction volume. They will translate complex market needs into intuitive, secure, and scalable financial products. We are looking for a collaborative leader to foster a culture of innovation to redefine how businesses manage and optimize spend! Requirements

  • Currently have, or be in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
  • Demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI.
  • Proactively incorporated AI into personal projects, explored AI-driven development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot), or built automations using AI agents.
  • Used AI to learn, build, and solve problems beyond basic text generation.

Nice To Haves

  • Formal on-the-job experience with AI is a plus.
