While formal on-the-job experience with AI is a plus, we highly value candidates who have proactively incorporated AI into their personal projects, explored AI-driven development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot), or built automations using AI agents. Show us how you've used AI to learn, build, and solve problems beyond basic text generation. The Role: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Capital One Business Cards and Payments team. In this role, you will lead a team reimagining our mobile account servicing experience for small business customers. You will drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of solutions that give owners real-time visibility, control, and intelligent automation over how they manage their spend. Beyond product delivery, you will help shape how we work—fostering a culture of continuous innovation, mentoring product talent, and serving as an ambassador for modern product management across the organization.

Requirements

• Currently have, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience.
