We are seeking a strategic, outcomes‑driven Sr Manager, Product Management to lead the definition, development, and scaling of small to medium business AI‑enabled products and platforms that deliver seamless, end‑to‑end customer experiences across targeted market segments. This role is responsible for translating deep market insights, customer needs, and business objectives into a clear product strategy and executable roadmap that drives measurable customer, operational, and revenue impact. The ideal candidate operates comfortably at both the executive and delivery levels and brings strong expertise in market research, strategic planning and execution, and business case development. As an enterprise leader, you will own the full product lifecycle—from discovery and strategy formulation through launch, optimization, and scale—while ensuring AI capabilities are applied responsibly, effectively, and in service of exceptional customer experiences. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, with ownership of enterprise‑scale products or platforms.
  • Proven experience delivering AI‑enabled and data‑driven products, preferably in complex or regulated industries.
  • Deep expertise in market research, segmentation, and competitive intelligence.
  • Demonstrated strength in strategic planning and execution, including multi‑year roadmapping.
  • Strong business case development skills tied to measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
  • Experience managing end‑to‑end product lifecycles, from discovery to scale.
  • Highly analytical with excellent communication and executive‑level storytelling skills.
  • Strong collaboration, influence, and leadership skills across cross‑functional enterprise teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own enterprise product strategy for AI‑driven customer experiences across targeted market segments for small and mid-market employers.
  • Lead market research and customer discovery, including segmentation, personas, Jobs‑to‑Be‑Done, competitive analysis, and win/loss insights.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, translating insights into a clear product vision, value proposition, and differentiated positioning.
  • Develop and maintain multi‑year product strategies and roadmaps aligned to company objectives, enterprise growth targets, and platform evolution.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities where AI, automation, and data intelligence materially improve customer experience, speed and accuracy.
  • Partner with UX, engineering, and data teams to deliver human‑centered, AI‑assisted experiences that are intuitive, scalable, secure, and compliant.
  • Ensure AI solutions balance innovation with trust, explainability, governance, and reliability.
  • Build and own the success of business cases for new capabilities and investments, including problem statements, solution options, cost/benefit analysis, ROI, and risk assessment.
  • Define, track, report and deliver on product success metrics, including adoption, customer experience outcomes, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
  • Continuously evaluate performance and adjust strategy and roadmap based on data, market shifts, and customer feedback.
  • Translate strategy into clear, actionable initiatives, epics, and outcomes for delivery teams.
  • Partner closely with engineering, architecture, and delivery leaders to manage scope, dependencies, risks, and execution quality.
  • Act as a product ambassador, clearly communicating strategy, priorities, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Own the go‑to‑market delivery model and work with sales to develop sales plans and hold sales teams accountable to achieving sales targets, partner with customer success teams to define the customer support needs, responsible for the product launch, positioning and adoption
