About The Position

You will be joining a high-performing Capital Market Product Control team dedicated to providing accurate daily P&L and risk reporting for Global Equity Derivatives and Cash Equity Business lines. As Senior Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of Analysts responsible for delivering timely daily financial estimates, reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of P&L and risk reports, reconciling month-end financials, and overseeing Valuation Adjustment (VA) and IPV (Independent Price Verification) reporting to stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with front office, risk management, CFO group, accounting, and business stakeholders to ensure financial integrity and operational excellence. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in managing a team within a relevant financial field.
  • Strong technical skills in VBA and Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Alteryx.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Analysts responsible for delivering timely daily financial estimates.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of P&L and risk reports.
  • Reconcile month-end financials.
  • Oversee Valuation Adjustment (VA) and IPV (Independent Price Verification) reporting to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with front office, risk management, CFO group, accounting, and business stakeholders to ensure financial integrity and operational excellence.
  • Manage team tasks on a timely manner to meet the deadline of daily and month-end processes such as Daily PnL, VA, and IPV G/L reconciliation, preparation and other reporting deliverables.
  • Oversee new and ongoing processes to continuously enhance, automate and standardize.
  • Provide training, development, and support to Analysts to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Oversee daily and month-end reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement in all deliverables.
  • Inspire your team and foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive results and maintain trust.
