About The Position
Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Sr. Manager, People Technology and Services in San Mateo, CA to partner closely with customers to drive and prioritize the HCM, Compensation, Time and Absence, Security and Integrations technology roadmap and identify level of effort and proactively engage resources required for each project.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field or equivalent and five (5) years of experience in HR Technology architecting scalable HR technology solutions across global organizations.
- Leading cross-functional technical teams and defining and executing multi-year HR technology roadmaps aligned to business strategy.
- Partnering with senior HR and business stakeholders to translate program requirements into Workday solutions.
- Workday HCM configuration across Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Security, and Reporting.
- Workday Integrations, including Workday Studio, EIB, PICOF/PECOS, REST and SOAP APIs.
- System governance, release management, performance testing, audit processes, and SOX-compliant controls.
- Workday security models, role-based access controls, and data privacy requirements.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with customers to drive and prioritize the HCM, Compensation, Time and Absence, Security and Integrations technology roadmap.
- Identify level of effort and proactively engage resources required for each project.
- Oversee full lifecycle system implementations, including discovery, requirements, design, UAT, change management, and deployment.
- Manage complex Workday enhancement portfolios, prioritization frameworks, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Establish KPIs, measure adoption, drive continuous improvement, and ensure operational excellence.
- Conduct retrospectives, portfolio reviews, and long-term capability planning.
- Direct ownership of SOX audits and designing controls, reporting frameworks, and evidence packages to maintain compliance.
- Provide guidance on new capabilities, AI-driven enhancements, and process optimization in HR Technology.
