About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Manager, People & Culture to lead and execute people strategies with precision and impact. This role focuses on driving operational excellence in HR, ensuring alignment between business goals and employee needs. You’ll manage core HR functions, foster accountability and engagement, and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership while building trust across the organization.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years progressive HR/People leadership experience
  • Confident decision-maker who takes ownership of outcomes
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Skilled in influencing and collaborating across all levels of the organization
  • Comfortable handling sensitive or difficult conversations with fairness and respect

Nice To Haves

  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement People & Culture strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Oversee recruiting, onboarding, development, and performance management processes
  • Build programs that drive employee engagement, recognition, and compensation effectiveness
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on HR matters, balancing business needs with employee advocacy
  • Ensure compliance and standardize HR processes for scalability
  • Lead and develop a small HR team and manage external partnerships
