Responsible for providing support to assigned People & Culture (P&C) area(s), which may include HR systems, compensation, people business partners, employee benefits and well-being, talent management, and/or employee experience. Assists with various P&C ongoing tasks based on assigned area(s), such as HR system support, reporting needs, job architecture maintenance, performance management and compensation cycle processes, candidate experience, talent management lifecycle, employee benefits and well-being administration, program/policy documentation, or other initiatives. May serve one or more P&C areas.
