About the team and the role The People team is responsible for every element of the candidate and employee experience across eBay. We drive business performance, recruiting, learning and development, compensation, benefits, people experience shared services, and people tools and technologies, and lead all aspects of the continuing evolution of the company’s culture. The People Business Partner role at eBay brings strategic partnership, problem-solving and broad people expertise to help leaders tackle important business challenges and activate enterprise people programs and human capital plans! It will drive site culture, engagement, talent development, leadership efficiency, and organizational health during significant growth and investment.
