About The Position

Imagine360Rx is seeking a Sr. Manager, PBM Client Implementation to join the team! In this role, you'll lead and manage our client-facing implementation team through the end-to-end delivery of our PBM services - from gathering plan administration and benefit documentation through coordinating claims configuration, eligibility, ID cards, and plan documents. You'll bring exceptional organization, sharp attention to detail, and steady leadership to make sure every new and renewing client experiences a seamless, on-time implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the healthcare or pharmacy benefits (PBM) industry.
  • Ability to resolve problems independently and demonstrate ability to multi-task
  • Ability to travel as needed up to 30%
  • Computer skills which include proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as navigation utilizing the Internet
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentations skills
  • Demonstrate a commitment to building new skills and fostering a positive working environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans for the implementation of PBM and Navigation services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
  • Facilitate kickoff meetings and regular status updates to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Coordinate client implementation calls and review Fact Sheet and Renewal Checklist information.
  • Identify potential risks and issues related to project implementation.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to proactively address challenges.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to stay on track.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, including progress, risks, and resolutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on project performance, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Ensure requirements and processes are documented for setting up new products and external vendors for new business and renewal implementations.
  • Maintain accurate, complete process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Identify process improvements that increase productivity, improve quality, expand automation, and reduce manual effort.
  • Review and validate project deliverables to ensure they meet client requirements and quality standards.
  • Document all project-related information meticulously for future reference and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Sales, Account Management, Data Operations, and Claim Operations - to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that drives project success and resolves issues promptly.
  • Take on additional projects as needed.
