DaVita’s Payor Partnerships team manages a $7B portfolio of commercial revenue and a high-growth, national value-based care business that encompasses more than 200K lives and over $5B of medical spend. The Payor Partnerships leaders make up a highly motivated, fast-paced team with extensive experience in negotiations, managed care, finance, and consulting, and are at the center of DaVita’s strategy to evolve from fee for service reimbursement to value based care. This includes supporting strategy formulation, business development, and the delivery of a variety of innovative integrated care partnerships (pay-for-performance, shared savings, and capitation). Other special projects will include strategy work related to DaVita’s broader commercial health plan portfolio.
