This leader has operational accountability and oversight and manages the daily activities of Patient Access Front End operations. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior while ensuring teamwork tasks, projects, and responsibilities are completed successfully in support of departmental and organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be able to travel locally between offsite locations and have experience overseeing multiple departments within Patient Access. Areas of Registration oversite may include Emergency Department, Outpatient Services, Cardiac Cath, Surgery, and related areas. Preference will be given to candidates with affiliations or certifications through HFMA and/or NAHAM. Strong EPIC experience is highly preferred, specifically with EPIC Prelude, Cadance and MyChart.
