About The Position

The Outsourcing Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic management of outsourced functions, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and high-quality delivery.

Requirements

5--7+ years in RCM outsourcing management
Demonstrated management of offshore or outsourced vendor partners
workflow optimization, KPI development, and operational reporting
Strong understanding of payer behavior, denial management, AR recovery strategies, and performance analytics
Strong business acumen, project management expertise, vendor relationship management, and regulatory background

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in business, administration, finance, or a related field
Master's Degree

Responsibilities

Develops and implements strategies for outsourcing critical business functions, from concept to delivery
Ensures compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
Oversees the outsourcing lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to closeout and ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Conducts risk assessments, develops contingency plans, and ensures outsourced activities meet corporate SOPs, policies, and industry regulations
Tracks and reports on outsourced project performance, identifies improvement opportunities, and recommends process optimizations
Works with internal teams and external partners to align outsourcing initiatives with business goals
Develops and manages outsourcing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency
Mentors staff, provides guidance, and fosters professional development
Stays updated on outsourcing trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, and applies them to improve operations
