About The Position

The Outsourcing Senior Manager oversees the strategic management of outsourced functions to ensure compliance, cost efficiency, and high-quality delivery. The role develops and implements outsourcing strategies for critical business functions, oversees the outsourcing lifecycle, manages budgets and vendor relationships, and monitors performance against business and operational goals. It also provides staff mentorship and applies current outsourcing practices and regulatory developments to improve operations.

A bachelor's degree in business, administration, finance, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. A master's degree is also preferred. Required experience includes 5–7+ years in RCM outsourcing management and demonstrated management of offshore or outsourced vendor partners, workflow optimization, KPI development, and operational reporting. The position requires strong understanding of payer behavior, denial management, AR recovery strategies, and performance analytics, along with business acumen, project management expertise, vendor relationship management, and regulatory knowledge.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years in RCM outsourcing management.
• Demonstrated management of offshore or outsourced vendor partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for outsourcing critical business functions, from concept through delivery.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the outsourcing lifecycle, from identifying opportunities through closeout, and ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop contingency plans, and ensure outsourced activities meet corporate SOPs, policies, and industry regulations.
• Track and report outsourced project performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend process optimizations.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to align outsourcing initiatives with business goals.
• Develop and manage outsourcing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Mentor staff, provide guidance, and foster professional development.
• Stay current on outsourcing trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, and apply them to improve operations.
