Learn more at plugmotors.com. The Opportunity You will build the operational infrastructure that allows Plug’s marketplace to scale. That means designing processes, configuring systems, automating workflows, and creating the reporting foundation the team relies on to make decisions. You’ll be hands-on with day-to-day operations while also bringing the technical depth to make those operations faster, more reliable, and less manual. You’ll manage and develop a team of coordinators while working across the full vehicle lifecycle, from onboarding through post-sale, identifying where things break, where time is wasted, and where better tooling or process design can unlock capacity. This role requires someone who can operate in the details today while building the systems and playbooks that allow the team to scale tomorrow.
