The Supply Chain Manager is accountable for the end‑to‑end supply chain performance of the business unit, including the development and execution of strategies, policies, and high‑level objectives related to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), production planning, procurement of goods and services, and inventory management and control. This role requires a highly experienced, self‑directed leader who independently defines and executes a vision for a high‑performing supply chain organization, leveraging industry best practices. The Supply Chain Manager builds and leads a cohesive team, develops the skills and capabilities of others, and aligns team activities with corporate priorities to achieve Milwaukee Tool business objectives. Success in this position requires deep expertise in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, strong functional supply chain knowledge, and a balanced blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, cross‑functional collaboration, and effective communication, all grounded in lean principles.
