About The Position
We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Delivery Leader with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, Copado, and Git. This role will lead developers, admins, and architects while driving Salesforce roadmap execution, release management, platform stability, and enterprise integrations in a regulated environment.
Requirements
- Salesforce Service Cloud & Experience Cloud
- Salesforce CI/CD & Release Management
- Copado, Git, Agile/Scrum
- Metadata-Driven Architecture
- MuleSoft / ServiceNow Integrations
- Salesforce Certifications (PD1/PD2/Architect preferred)

- Okta / Identity Federation knowledge
