About The Position

Accertify is seeking a Sr. Manager of Ecosystem Partnerships & Growth to lead strategic partnership development and drive revenue through ecosystem-led business expansion. This role is responsible for building and activating relationships across the payments, fraud, identity, and broader commerce ecosystems to generate pipeline, accelerate deal flow, and expand Accertify’s market presence. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships in fintech, payments, fraud, or e-commerce. This individual will identify, develop, and convert high-value opportunities while establishing and nurturing collaborative relationships with key partners, platforms, and industry stakeholders. This is a highly cross-functional, revenue-generating role that partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to shape and execute growth strategies, influence go-to-market approaches, and drive measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances.
  • Experience within fraud prevention, payments, fintech, digital identity, e-commerce, or adjacent technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in generating pipeline and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working across multiple internal teams to execute complex commercial initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in and reside within the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Existing relationships within the payments, fraud, identity, or merchant ecosystem.
  • Experience selling SaaS, risk management, analytics, or technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of payment processing, fraud prevention strategies, digital identity, and customer onboarding technologies.
  • Experience supporting partnership-driven go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, industry relationships, and market engagement.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective customers across key verticals including retail, e-commerce, travel, marketplaces, and digital services.
  • Support the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract execution.
  • Meet or exceed annual pipeline generation and revenue targets.
  • Build and manage relationships with payment service providers, technology partners, digital identity providers, commerce platforms, consultancies, and other ecosystem participants.
  • Identify opportunities for joint go-to-market initiatives and co-selling activities.
  • Support the development of partnership agreements and commercial frameworks that create mutual value.
  • Help establish Accertify as a preferred fraud and risk management partner within the broader ecosystem.
  • Represent Accertify at industry events, conferences, customer meetings, and partner engagements.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends across fraud prevention, payments, digital identity, account protection, and e-commerce.
  • Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to internal stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Sales teams to support strategic account development and new logo acquisition.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, partner programs, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Work with Product and Solution Consulting teams to communicate market requirements and partner opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success teams to identify expansion opportunities and strengthen partner relationships.
