Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Packaging, Engineering, or Related Field
• 10+ years experience in Packaging development and delivering projects to the market
• Understanding of Packaging Development Processes and Systems
• Ability to inspire, influence, and motivate cross-functional partners and stakeholders (internal and external) to develop and implement programs, enrolling teams in a clear vision
• Strong business and strategic acumen, with the ability to manage ambiguity and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders across various functions and geographies.
• Strong presentation skills, speaking ability and interpersonal skills
• Data Savvy: Ability to use data, analytics and AI to support perspectives

Nice To Haves

• Experience in FMCG industry
• Minimum of 3 years of team management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead North America Oral Care Packaging organization, including a team of both central and plant based Packaging Engineers as well as Design/Artwork Execution Managers. Providing both technical as well as organizational oversight
• Supervise the development of packaging materials, which includes approving packaging designs, packaging specifications, master test plans, bills of materials, etc.
• Engage with various NA Division Management teams. This includes Supply Chain and Commercial functions to align on and deliver expectations for packaging projects and KPIs
• Assess and organize the team’s roles, assignments, project work, and capabilities to maximize efficiency to deliver the North America Oral Care commercial project grids
• Accountable for ensuring that the NA OC Packaging team adheres to all global Oral Care standards
