Responsibilities

  • Advanced Problem Diagnosis — Use Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, statistical analysis, capability studies) and/or Red‑X logic (BOB/WOW, Multi‑Vari, Component Search) to isolate dominant root causes with precision.
  • Structured Solution Design — Develop solution paths grounded in data, contrast analysis, and designed experiments; evaluate tradeoffs and recommend the most effective corrective actions.
  • Variation Reduction — Apply Six Sigma and/or Red‑X techniques to reduce process variation, eliminate defects, and stabilize systems.
  • Decision Acceleration — Facilitate alignment among Astemo leadership by presenting clear, evidence‑based findings and solution options.
  • Execution Leadership — Translate solutions into actionable plans with defined owners, timelines, and control mechanisms; ensure improvements are sustained through control plans, mistake‑proofing, and monitoring.
