About The Position

This role is the strategic and operational leader of FNBO's Marketing Engineering function — a team responsible for the data infrastructure, automation, file production, and criteria frameworks that power consumer marketing at scale. More than a manager, this individual serves as a critical connector of our marketing strategy to how our marketing data is connected, activated, and evolved to drive meaningful consumer experiences across FNBO's marketing operations. At the center of this connection is the intersection of FNBO's enterprise data environment — anchored in Snowflake — and its external marketing execution ecosystem, powered in the digital space by the Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP). This leader ensures that data flows intelligently between these environments, that the right data reaches the right systems at the right time, and that the marketing operations teams are empowered to act on it effectively. This person is always asking what else we can do to ensure the data in our marketing platform can drive personalized experiences through various channels — ensuring that their team is utilizing all the capabilities available on our marketing platform for existing customers. This role also owns ensuring FNBO's acquisition data platform and relationship are continuously meeting the needs of the organization by consistently evaluating vendor strategy and capabilities — making it a critical driver of how FNBO sources and activates prospecting data for consumer and small business acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional ability to optimize marketing operations, build collaborative relationships across business units, lead process improvements, and consistently deliver measurable business results through operational efficiency and data-driven decision making. Focusing on ensuring that their team is always providing the data strategy, criteria, and connection to support the marketing strategy team's efforts. This team lives in operations, but with a deep understanding of all of our data, they provide the recommendations, think beyond the questions asked, and finally ensure the data is available to drive business outcomes.
