About the Marketing Analytics & Measurement Team: The Marketing Analytics & Measurement Team sits at the center of how Ovative turns marketing data into business action. Partnering with large enterprise brands that are investing large marketing budgets to grow their business. Our work measures the effectiveness of the marketing investments and help them drive profitable growth. Our team specializes in modern marketing effectiveness, connecting marketing with enterprise outcomes and equipping leaders with the clarity & confidence to act. Core Team Expertise Includes: Marketing Mix Modeling including Modern MMM and advanced effectiveness frameworks Incrementality testing including geo experiments and lift studies Forecasting, scenario planning, and budget optimization Executive storytelling and board-level measurement narratives Cross-functional partnership to ensure measurement drives marketing performance We work side by side with client marketing, finance, and executive teams, as well as Ovative’s Paid Media, Data Science, and Analytics teams, to ensure measurement does not sit in a report. It drives decisions. About the Role: In this role, you will serve as a Senior Manager within our Marketing Analytics & Measurement team, acting as the strategic measurement lead for 1 to 3 large enterprise clients. You are accountable for turning measurement into business outcomes. You will lead the measurement strategy across Marketing Mix Modeling, incrementality testing, forecasting, and budget optimization, ensuring insights translate into confident marketing decisions and tangible performance improvements. You will serve as the primary measurement voice with senior client stakeholders, regularly presenting to VP and C-level leaders. This is not a technical model-building role. Your responsibility is not to build models, but to ensure they drive decisions. You will partner closely with the Director of Marketing Analytics & Measurement to chart the right path forward for each client, then lead execution with your team and Ovative partners. You will directly manage 1 to 2 team members, supporting their development while ensuring work is high quality, efficient, and outcome oriented. Success in this role means: Clients are making healthy, data informed decisions based on MMM and testing Measurement is influencing investment strategy and business performance Clients are confident and satisfied with Ovative’s partnership Your team feels supported, challenged, and proud of the impact they are delivering This role requires strong executive communication, structured problem solving, and the ability to influence across teams without formal authority.

Requirements

  • 8 to 15 years of experience in marketing, marketing analytics, or marketing consulting roles with direct client responsibility
  • Experience working with large, complex organizations and multiple senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex marketing analytics into clear business recommendations
  • Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to VP and C-level leaders
  • Experience leading client relationships and owning outcomes, not just deliverables
  • Ability to influence cross functional teams without formal authority
  • Experience managing and developing direct reports
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and defining structure where it does not exist
  • Action oriented mindset with a bias toward progress and decision making

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leveraging Marketing Mix Modeling, incrementality testing, or other marketing effectiveness frameworks to inform investment decisions
  • Experience using measurement outputs to guide budget allocation, forecasting, or strategic planning
  • Agency experience, particularly within performance marketing or full funnel marketing environments
  • Industry experience in telecom, retail, or other large scale consumer marketing organizations
  • Experience contributing to business development efforts or supporting new client growth

Responsibilities

  • Client Leadership and Business Impact Serve as the primary measurement lead for 1 to 3 enterprise clients
  • Translate MMM, incrementality testing, and forecasting outputs into clear business recommendations
  • Lead executive presentations and strategic discussions with VP to C-level stakeholders
  • Identify what is working, what is not, and define the roadmap to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Ensure measurement outputs inform budget allocation, channel strategy, and growth decisions
  • Maintain strong client relationships rooted in trust, clarity, and proactive leadership
  • Strategic Direction and Cross Functional Influence Partner with Paid Media, Analytics, and Data Science teams to align on measurement strategy and execution
  • Influence cross functional stakeholders without formal authority to drive cohesive outcomes
  • Ensure work is focused on high value questions that materially impact the client’s business
  • Support new business conversations by shaping clear, differentiated measurement approaches
  • Team Leadership and Development Directly manage and develop 1 to 2 team members
  • Provide clear direction, feedback, and coaching to support growth
  • Ensure deliverables are high quality, timely, and aligned to client priorities
