About The Position

The Senior Manager, Logistics is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end distribution of consumer goods and services, ensuring operations are executed with maximum efficiency and profitability. This role leads the development and execution of logistics strategies across multiple facilities, manages carrier and vendor relationships, and drives continuous process improvement. The Senior Manager partners closely with operations leadership to align logistics solutions with business objectives and ensures full compliance with applicable U.S. and Mexico regulations.

Requirements

Cross-border U.S./Mexico logistics experience
Carrier, broker, and 3PL contract negotiation
Analytical and problem-solving skills
U.S. and Mexico regulatory/trade compliance knowledge
TMS/WMS proficiency; KPI reporting experience
Prior experience leading facilities with 100+ staff members
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field required
8+ years of progressive experience in logistics or supply chain management
At least 3 years in a people leadership role

Master’s degree preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
Spanish is also STRONGLY preferred

Ensures adherence to U.S. and Mexico transportation and customs regulations.
Manages carrier partnerships and vendor contracts to optimize cost and service levels.
Advises leadership on logistics topics and presents solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
