The Senior Manager Internal Communications leads one of two internal Communications Team, with one focused on the operational side of our business and the other focused on the enterprise and commercial priorities. Each of these Teams, are responsible for shaping, developing, and delivering strategic messaging plans aligned to both the Company strategy and narrative and the department strategy and narrative in a way that both are understood and embraced by, and brought to life for, all our Employees. These Teams provide, counsel, development, and execution of high-impact communication plans for cross-functional initiatives. Partner closely with Leaders and Employees across the Company, providing consultations and advisory support, while leading a Team focused on delivering exceptional service, and guiding narratives and communications campaigns that support Southwest's most significant priorities. The Senior Manager Internal Communications helps ensure Southwest Airlines' strategy is understood, embraced, and brought to life by strengthening alignment, connections and culture across the entire company.
