About The Position

As the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing for UGG North America, you’ll be a strategic and collaborative leader responsible for developing and delivering consumer-centric campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. You’ll ensure strong strategic planning, channel-specific rigor, and executional excellence across all brand marketing initiatives, leading cross-functional teams and leveraging data and insights to bring complex campaigns to life across multiple consumer touchpoints. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, or a related field; experience within fashion, lifestyle, or footwear preferred
  • Inclusive, collaborative leader who builds strong, trusting relationships and incorporates diverse perspectives
  • Skilled in people development, coaching, and fostering accountability and continuous improvement
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, able to translate insights and data into actionable strategies

Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated marketing strategy and planning for North America, aligning brand and business objectives with regional consumer insights and global brand vision
  • Own seasonal planning from pre-season through execution, ensuring alignment to key milestones and timely delivery of plans
  • Develop clear, compelling, and insight-driven creative briefs that translate regional needs into actionable direction
  • Partner closely with channel leads across digital, retail, social, PR, and wholesale marketing for cohesive execution
  • Lead monthly integrated planning calendars and cross-functional share-outs with North America and Global teams
  • Oversee execution of 360° marketing campaigns, ensuring excellence in delivery and ongoing optimization
  • Lead post-campaign analysis and recaps, synthesizing insights and opportunities to inform future strategies
  • Manage timelines, workflows, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Maintain a strong pulse on culture, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to inform strategy and drive differentiation
  • Continuously explore innovative marketing approaches and best practices to elevate brand impact
