About The Position

The Manager of Integrated Marketing will enable operational efficiency and speed across the scale and volume of campaigns/activations through cross-functional sharing/reporting, attention to detail in production and executional efforts, as well as tracking measurement and performance dashboards. This role will report to the Senior Director, Integrated Marketing for North America. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. This position is not eligible for Sponsorship.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills with proficiency in project management tools and reporting dashboards
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations
  • Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on operational excellence
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities with the capacity to think ahead, engage proactively, and take initiative
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Strong written and in‑person communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across regions, functions, and levels
  • Self‑starter who is proactive in asking questions and proposing solutions

Nice To Haves

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • Background in marketing in financial services, tech, fintech, or payments
  • Experience supporting integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns
  • Experience with creative development workflows or production processes
  • Familiarity with reporting tools or campaign measurement approaches

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of integrated consumer marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with the company’s global platform.
  • Manage timelines, production details, and executional workflows to keep large‑scale campaigns and activations on track.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional communication, sharing updates and ensuring alignment among stakeholders, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Maintain campaign tracking tools, reporting, and performance dashboards to monitor progress and measure impact.
  • Assist in developing creative materials by managing production routing, asset delivery, and agency brief support.
  • Ensure campaign materials and messaging are fully integrated with brand strategy, sponsorship initiatives, and product‑integrated communications.
  • Identify process efficiencies and support operational excellence to enhance speed, reduce risk, and enable flawless execution.
