About The Position
As the Native Sr. Manager of Innovation, you will drive innovative digital strategies for our Initiative Diamond Management (IDM) team, which is a core cross-functional engineering and management discipline at Procter & Gamble (P&G) focused on delivering end-to-end product innovation. In this role, you will work and operate alongside other key P&G engineering and operational disciplines like Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain & Logistics.
Requirements
- Ability to identify, define, and analyze straightforward problems.
- Capability to work under direct supervision and follow established guidelines and practices.
- Eagerness to develop basic knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements.
- Awareness of relevant external (legal, tax) and internal stewardship requirements.
